TENDER NOTICE
The Federation intends to sell the
following wool on ‘as is where is basis’ immediately for which
purpose the interested parties may quote their best offers/rates
per kilogram (to be kept valid uptil 30th November,
2008) alongwith the quantity required:-

The above quantity is likely to increase since the
procurement is in progress. The wool is lying at Wool Grading
cum Marketing Centre Palampur (Banuri), Distt. Kangra, H.P. &
Wool Store, H.P.Wool Federation near Forest range office Paonta
Sahib and can be inspected on any working day from 27-4-08 to
20-5-08 between 10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. The quotations must
reach the undersigned in a sealed cover on or before 21st
May 2008 (2.00 P.M.). The quotations received after the due date
and time will be out rightly rejected. The quotations will be
opened the same day at 3.00 P.M. in the presence of parties who
may like to be present at the time of opening of quotations.
The quotations must be accompanied with
a sum of Rs. 5000/- as earnest money deposit in the shape of
demand draft in favour of H.P.Wool Federation payable at Shimla
which will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders on the
spot/immediately on the opening of quotations.
No quotation will be accepted without
the EMD.
The parties whose rates will be approved
will have to deposit 10% of the total cost as advance (to be
adjusted against final payment) within ten days from the date of
receipt of letter of acceptance of their offer and stocks will
have to be lifted within 30 days from the date of deposit of
this advance against payment (Cash/demand draft), cheques will
not be accepted.
The undersigned reserves the right to
accept or reject one or all offers without quoting any reason/s.
