TENDER NOTICE

THE H.P. STATE COOPERATIVE WOOL PROCUREMENT & MARKETING FEDERATION LTD. BLOCK NO. 23, S.D.A. COMPLEX KASUMPTI, SHIMLA-171009.

WOOLLEN  EXPO-2007 AT CHANDIGARH. 

ITEM NO.1.

                        Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Decorators/Contractors registered with any Government fair authority of the country for the construction, electrification and other related allied works including its maintenance at the proposed woolen expo to be held in Chandigarh from 22^nd December to 31^st December 2007. The duration of the said expo will be 10 days which can be reduced/extended.

ITEM No.2

                        Sealed tenders are also invited from the interested INS Accredited advertisement agencies for undertaking the publicity/advertisement work in respect of the above expo.

                        Tender forms for the above works can be obtained on any working day between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. from the Office of the undersigned at the above address in person by paying / remitted a sum of Rs.500/- and Rs.200/- for item No.1 and Item No.2 respectively.

                        The last date of sale of tender forms is 27.11.2007. Tenders will be received up till 28.11.2007 (11.00A.M.) and shall be opened at 12.00 Noon the same day by the tender opening  committee in the presence of parties who may wish to be present at the time of opening of tenders.

                        The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject one or all tenders without assigning any reason/s.
